ROMS PAC Treasurer will submit an updated financial status at each PAC Meeting and will be posted to this website.

ROMS PAC Funds

 Funds used by ROMS PAC to enhance student enrichment are derived from two different sources:

General Funds - these are funds raised by PAC fundraising activities and may be used to fund a variety of expenditures.

Gaming Funds - these funds are received from the Provincial Gaming Branch and may be used according to strict spending guidelines.

Funding Motions:

Funding requests are first received by PAC Executive for analysis and compliance to PAC goals, eligible expenses and financial bottom line. The funding request will then be presented at a PAC General meeting for discussion and vote by the PAC members in attendance at the meeting.
